To join Woodhaven Swim Club:

fill out the form completely and mail the form and payment.
(We now accept: Cash, Venmo and checks payable to Woodhaven Swim Club)

All memberships that have lapsed for a year or more require a $50 bond to be purchased.

Senior: 2 Adults – Over age 55
Single: Adult must be age 18 or over to hold a bond
2 Person: At least 1 adult over the age of 18 plus another adult or child, and may include 1 infant up to age 3.
All must live in the same household.
Family: All adults and children living in the same house, may include minor stepchildren. Limit 6
Babysitter Passes: Member’s children that must be accompanied by a non-member babysitter may do so by purchasing a babysitter pass for $75.00 per membership. Babysitter passes are the property of the purchasing member and can ONLY be used by non-members while in a babysitting capacity.
